To program a One-Touch fax number:

Access 1-TOUCH SPD DIAL

Press until

TTEELL RREEGGIISSTTRRAATTIIOONN

appears.

Press twice to access

11--TTOOUUCCHH SSPPDD DDIIAALL

Select a speed dial button

Press to scroll through One-Touch

Speed Dialing buttons.

If a One-Touch Speed Dialing button is

already used, the phone number will appear

next to the One-Touch Button number. If a

group is registered for a One-Touch Button

(see “Group Dialing” starting on page 29),

the message GROUP DIAL appears next to

the code.

Scroll to an unused code and press twice.

Enter fax number

From the numeric keypad, enter the phone

number (up to 120 digits, including spaces

and pauses).

Press twice to save the settings.

Enter name

Use the numeric keypad to enter the name

that is associated with the number (up to 16

characters, including spaces).

Press to save the settings.

Enter more One-Touch Speed Dial numbersasneeded starting from step 2.

When done, press to exit.

character.

Press to enter a space.
