• Check for paper jam.

• Check for deformed, or broken gears.

• Check for chassis deformation.

Repair/Replace faulty

Turn on power.

Check operating

environment and paper

specifications.

Specifications OK?

Print in the proper

environment with proper

paper.

Remove top case.

Check connector.

Yes

Correct?

Repair faulty part.

• Check that the paper-end sensor cable is securely connected to

the sensor board’s and control board’s connector.

• Check that paper deliverly sensor cable is securely connected to

the sensor board’s and control board's connector.
