Movies
Shooting iFrame Movies
Shoot movies that can be edited with iFrame-compatible software or
devices. You can quickly edit, save, and manage your iFrame movies using
the software (=
119).
1 Choose [ ].
Follow step 1 in “Specic Scenes”
(=
51) and choose [ ].
Black bars displayed on the top and
bottom edges of the screen indicate
image areas not recorded.
2 Shoot.
Press the movie button.
To stop movie recording, press the movie
button again.
• The resolution is [ ] (=
45) and cannot be changed.
• iFrame is a video format developed by Apple Inc.
Movies
Shooting Super Slow Motion Movies
You can shoot fast-moving subjects for playback later in slow motion. Note
that sound is not recorded.
1 Choose [ ].
Follow step 1 in “Specic Scenes” (

and choose [
].
2 Choose a frame rate.
Press the <m> button, choose [ ] in
the menu, and choose the desired frame
rate (=
25).
The option you congured is now
displayed.
3 Shoot.
Press the movie button.
A bar showing the elapsed time is
displayed. Maximum clip length is approx.
30 sec.
To stop movie recording, press the movie
button again.
