You can set restrictions for the color mode of copy jobs.
Restricting Use of Auto-Color Select
You can restrict the use of the color mode (Auto-Color Select).

Press (Additional Functions) ➞ [System Settings] ➞ [Color
Mode for Copy] ➞ [Use Auto-Color Select].

Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].

You can restrict the use of the color mode (Full Color).
